The FoundScore audit runs 125 real buyer questions across five engines to score exactly where an agent stands, then re-tests over 60 days to show what moved and why.
The approach already works. Asked, unprompted, "Who is the best real estate agent in Bloomfield, N.J.?", ChatGPT named Montclair-based agent Nancy Chu — the result of time spent building the signals AI reads.
